Manufacturer & Exporter of Forged Fittings — Threaded Fittings | Socket Weld Fittings | Branch Outlets
NPT forged threaded equal tee in Stainless Steel 304/316, Duplex Steel and Super Duplex Steel — three equal female threaded outlets, manufactured to ASME B16.11 in Class 2000#, 3000# and 6000#.
The Forged Threaded Equal Tee is a three-outlet fitting used to split a single threaded pipe run into two branches, or to combine two branch flows into one main run, using screwed NPT or BSP connections throughout. All three outlets carry female pipe threads of equal size. The branch outlet is positioned at 90 degrees to the run axis, forming a T-shaped geometry that allows flow to be distributed or combined at a single point without welding.
Threaded tees are used extensively in instrument manifolds, sample systems, utility distribution headers and maintenance-accessible process lines where the fitting may need to be removed or replaced during the plant's service life. Cunimet Alloy International manufactures threaded equal tees through closed-die forging, ensuring a structurally sound body at the critical crotch where the branch outlet intersects the run bore. All three outlets are threaded on CNC equipment to ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) tolerances and gauge-inspected before dispatch.
For an equal tee, the Centre-to-Face run dimension “M” and the Centre-to-Face branch dimension “C” are identical. All three outlets carry equal female NPT threads per ASME B1.20.1. All dimensions in millimetres.

Austenitic stainless steel threaded tees for chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical and water treatment distribution networks. SS 316 is preferred for chloride environments and wherever superior corrosion resistance is required over SS 304.
High-strength duplex alloy threaded tees for offshore process headers, desalination distribution piping and chemical plant service where stress corrosion cracking resistance and high yield strength are required at branch junction points.
Premium super duplex threaded tees with PREN greater than 40 for seawater service, subsea systems and aggressive chloride-rich environments where maximum pitting and stress corrosion cracking resistance is required at threaded branch points.

Building multi-point instrument manifolds for pressure gauges, transmitters and flow meters where threaded tees allow instruments to be connected and disconnected for calibration, replacement or relocation without cutting pipe.
Creating sample tapping points in process lines where a threaded tee provides a permanent, corrosion-resistant branch connection for sample valves, injection quills and condition monitoring instruments.
Splitting steam, compressed air, nitrogen and plant water supply lines into two branches at a single distribution point using threaded tees that can be broken for line isolation or equipment removal.
Connecting chemical injection pumps to two separate process lines from a single discharge header, using Stainless Steel or Duplex Steel threaded tees in the dosing skid pipework for chemical resistance and accessibility.
