Manufacturer & Exporter of Forged Fittings — Threaded Fittings | Socket Weld Fittings | Branch Outlets
Cunimet Alloy International is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every forged fitting is manufactured and tested under a rigorous quality management system with full traceability.
At Cunimet Alloy International, quality is embedded at every stage of the manufacturing process — from raw material procurement through forging, heat treatment, machining, testing and dispatch. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System provides the framework for consistent, traceable production that meets the most demanding customer and regulatory requirements.
All forged fittings are supplied with EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates as standard. Third-party inspection by Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register, SGS, Intertek, DNV GL and other accredited agencies is available on customer request with no additional lead-time impact.
Our documentation package for each supply includes material certificates, dimensional inspection reports, heat treatment records, hydrostatic test records, PMI (Positive Material Identification) reports and packing lists — ensuring complete traceability for your project records.

All products are manufactured in strict accordance with the following internationally recognised standards and specifications.
Forged Fittings, Socket-Welding and Threaded — the primary dimensional standard for all threaded and socket weld forged fittings supplied.
Socket-Welding Reducer Inserts — governing reducer insert dimensions and tolerances.
Class 3000 Steel Pipe Unions — Socket-Welding and Threaded — dimensional and performance standard for forged unions.
Integrally Reinforced Forged Branch Outlet Fittings — standard for weldolets, sockolets, threadolets and elbowlets.
Standard Specification for Forged or Rolled Alloy and Stainless Steel Pipe Flanges, Forged Fittings and Valves — governing material chemistry and mechanical properties.
Metallic Products — Types of Inspection Documents. 3.1 certificates issued as standard; 3.2 (with independent inspection) available on request.
Our quality laboratory performs the following tests on every production batch prior to release for shipment.
Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) for verification of alloy chemistry against ASTM A182 requirements for each heat of material.
Tensile, yield, elongation and impact (Charpy V-notch) testing to confirm mechanical properties of the heat-treated material.
Hydraulic pressure testing to 1.5x rated working pressure to verify structural integrity of finished fittings.
Positive Material Identification by XRF and Brinell / Vickers hardness testing, with results reported in the material certificate.
