NPT forged threaded equal cross in Stainless Steel 304/316, Duplex Steel and Super Duplex Steel — four equal female threaded outlets at 90 degrees, manufactured to ASME B16.11 in Class 2000#, 3000# and 6000#.
The Forged Threaded Equal Cross is a four-outlet fitting in which all outlets are positioned at 90-degree angles to one another in a single plane, forming a plus-sign geometry. All four outlets carry equal-size female pipe threads (NPT or BSP), allowing four separate pipe runs to meet at a single junction point using screwed connections throughout — no welding required.
The threaded cross is used wherever four piping runs must converge at one point in a system that must remain fully accessible for maintenance. By using a single forged cross fitting, four separate tee and elbow combinations are eliminated, reducing the total number of joints in the system and making the junction point more compact.
Cunimet Alloy International manufactures threaded equal crosses through closed-die forging, producing a structurally sound body at the central intersection where all four outlets meet — the most highly stressed area in the fitting. All four outlets are threaded on CNC machines to ASME B1.20.1 (NPT) tolerances and 100% go/no-go gauge inspected before dispatch.
For an equal cross, all four outlets share the same Centre-to-Face dimension “M”. All four outlets carry equal female NPT threads per ASME B1.20.1. All dimensions in millimetres.

Austenitic stainless steel for chemical process, food industry, pharmaceutical and water treatment 4-way junction points. SS 316 provides superior chloride pitting resistance, making it the standard for marine, offshore and coastal service environments.
High-strength dual-phase alloy for 4-way junctions in offshore topsides, chemical plant and desalination distribution piping. Higher yield strength than austenitic grades reduces fitting body weight at equivalent pressure rating, particularly advantageous in large-bore cross fittings.
Premium super duplex with PREN greater than 40 for 4-way junction points in seawater service, subsea chemical injection, desalination and aggressive chloride-bearing process environments where maximum corrosion resistance is the primary material selection criterion.

Building compact instrument manifolds where multiple pressure transmitters, gauges and switches must connect to a single process tapping point using all four screwed outlets of the cross fitting.
Creating 4-way distribution points in hydraulic power unit piping and pneumatic control circuits where all four outlets must distribute fluid to separate actuators, valves or instruments simultaneously.
Connecting chemical injection pump outlets to multiple injection points in offshore, subsea and onshore chemical dosing skids where four lines must be fed from a single chemical distribution junction.
Plant water, steam, nitrogen and compressed air distribution headers where a single threaded cross reduces the number of separate tee and elbow combinations needed to create a 4-way distribution point.
